It does not email invoices, process payments, connect to a bank feed or file with HMRC. Save the finished document as a PDF and send it through the service you already use. JSON and CSV exports are manual files that you control.

Before you buy
Who is the tracker designed for?
It is designed for UK sole traders, freelancers, partnerships and small limited companies billing in pounds. Business-type, VAT and CIS options change the fields and checks shown.
Does it email invoices or take payments?
No. Print or save the document as a PDF and send it yourself. The app prints the payment details or link you enter, but it does not send emails or process money.
How does the late-payment calculation work?
For a client marked as a business, the tracker calculates potential statutory interest and the fixed recovery cost from the outstanding balance and days overdue, using editable UK figures. It excludes private-individual clients. Check your contract and seek advice before acting on a debt.
Does it support VAT and CIS?
Yes. Lines can carry standard, reduced, zero, exempt or no-VAT treatment. The optional CIS mode separates labour from materials and includes registered or unregistered deductions and the domestic reverse-charge workflow.
What makes the Pro edition different?
Pro includes 22 document designs, quotes that convert into invoices in place and printable client statements. The Base edition has three designs and does not include quotes or statements.
Can I move from the Base edition to Pro?
Yes. Export a JSON backup from the Base tracker and import it into Pro. The editions share the same underlying data format for that upgrade route.
Which computers and browsers does it work on?
It works on Windows, Mac and Linux computers in a modern version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
